Job summary

AMETHYST ASIA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Client Accounting to join a professional services team providing accounting and financial reporting services to corporate entities, trusts and investment-holding structures.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial statements, and support tax compliance matters, while coordinating with internal admins, external auditors and tax agents to ensure statutory reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Experience with investment-holding or corporate structures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date accounting records for a portfolio of corporate and trust entities.
• Perform full-set bookkeeping including bank reconciliations and securities balance reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules and working papers for year-end reporting.
• Assist with tax computations and Form C-S for Singapore companies.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Consider XBRL submissions where applicable and monitor key deadlines (ECI, AGMs, tax filings, AEOI).
• Maintain documentation to support audit and statutory requirements.
