Job summary

CHC Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management and strong financial controls. You will work with Management and key departments to monitor project performance and support strategic decisions.

You will lead the accounting team, manage budgeting and cost control, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and drive process improvements including ERP/Xero

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required; professional qualifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience, including supervisory roles.
• Experience in construction/project-based industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST and corporate tax.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems like Xero.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets.
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Monitor project revenue, costs, margins and progress claims.
• Support budgeting, cost control and variance analysis.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure GST/compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
