Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance and governance across a large property and asset management portfolio.

You will lead the finance team, coordinate audits, manage statutory submissions, ensure internal controls, and engage with auditors, regulators, fund managers and service providers to deliver robust financial management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports and statutory submissions.
  • Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, fund transfers, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, taxation, and reporting requirements.
  • Review financial transactions, payment vouchers, journals, reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and governance.
  • Administer government grants, insurance matters, contracts, and procurement-related financial processes.
  • Monitor investment portfolios and review proposals from external fund managers.
  • Lead and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvements in financial processes and controls.
  • Engage and respond to queries from stakeholders, clients, tenants, and service users on financial-related matters.

About You:
