Job summary

STRIDES Premier, Singapore's leading taxi operator and PHV rental provider, seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to join our Finance team. You will analyse monthly results, lead the annual budgeting process, forecast market trends, and support management with financial insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly financial results and explain variances to budgets.
• Lead annual budgeting process and forecast economic indicators.
• Partner units to drive growth and profitability strategies.
• Support financial modelling for proposals and decisions.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve FP&A processes.
• Evaluate CAPEX and profitability of projects.
• Guide intercompany charges and transfer pricing policies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast reports for management and Group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Group Legal; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
