RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage accounts payable/receivable, GL, fixed assets, and monthly close. You will prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for timely reporting to management.

The role requires 8 years of experience in finance, strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations, and proficiency with Yardi/IFCA ERP systems. Expect close collaboration with auditors and tax agents.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Proficient in financial reporting standards, budgeting, FP&A, tax compliance, GST reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems like Yardi or IFCA.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, general ledger, fixed assets, Capex and monthly close activities.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for timely reporting to management.
• Prepare reporting package for monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare GST returns and review corporate tax computation for statutory filing.
• Review XBRL and liaise with corporate secretary for annual filing.
• Prepare reconciliation of bank statements, intercompany transactions, journal and supporting schedules monthly.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.
• Work with IT on system initiatives.

Senior Finance Executive

Up till $5500 basic + Mobile Allowance (To be discussed during interview) + Variable Bonus + AWS

Working Location: South Beach Tower

Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable, account receivable, payments, general ledger, fixed assets, Capex and monthly closing activities for designated companies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
• Prepare reporting package for monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare GST returns and review corporate tax computation for statutory filing.
• Review XBRL and liaise with corporate secretary for annual filing.
• Prepare the reconciliation of bank statements, intercompany transactions, journal and supporting schedules monthly.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance indicators to assess the financial health of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
• Work closely with various stakeholders on operation matters, support financial reporting to HQ finance team and outsourced operations finance team on AR and AP processes.
• Work with IT on system initiatives.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field or Diploma in Accountancy.
• CA / CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit within real estate or related sectors.
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, tax compliance, GST reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and GST reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, IFCA).
