Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to perform hands-on journal entries, monthly closings, and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple business units. The role requires liaising with Finance Operations and business units to ensure timely and accurate recording of revenues and expenses.

Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy or diploma with relevant audit exposure, ideally from MNCs or healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Accountancy/ Diploma in Accountancy / Partial ACCA.
• Preferably 3 years’ relevant experience in similar position.
• Prior audit working experience. MNC and healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on role to complete all Journal entries by the stipulated timelines for the business units/entities in-charge.
• Liaise closely with business unit and Finance Operations Team to ensure all revenue and expenses are recorded in the books promptly on a monthly basis with no major omissions.
• Highlight monthly P&L fluctuations for the Business Unit with due explanation.
• Take initiative to address emerging issues, drive resolutions, and continuously improve processes for smooth operations.
• Monthly preparation of Balance Sheet schedules and ensure long outstanding items in the Balance Sheet are cleared.
• Preparation of Tax schedules for Group Tax Department per Tax Checklist and provide analysis and support for Tax related queries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Support business units in yearly stock take and incentives computation.
• Ensure compliance with SOP in daily work performed.
• Assist Reporting Manager in supervising staff and other ad-hoc tasks.

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Policy (SOP) in the daily work performed.


• To support reporting Manager in the supervision of staff and any other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
