ex style tampines is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive in Singapore to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance and provide financial insights. The role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial statement, AP/AR listing.
• Petty cash and bank reconciliation
• Data entry, sales reporting and validation of sales and expenses
• Assists in budget/forecast and variance analysis
• Full set accounts experience (good to have, if no we can guide)
• Consolidation of accounts experience (good to have )
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Assets listing maintenance
• Involve in inventory cycle count
• Liaise with external parties (e.g. Auditor, tax agent, Corp sec, etc)
• Continuous process improvement and ad hoc projects involvement

Experiences and education：

• ACCA/LCCI/Diploma/Degree with similar certification.
• Minimum 3years of full set experience for accounts executive
• Minimum 5years of full set experience for senior executive
• Good in excel / google sheet - a must
• Experience in Xero accounting software (preferred but not a must)

Job Summary
