Job description

The Role:

As a Senior Finance Executive, you'll join a team that's dedicated to excellence, innovation, and transparency. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic goals, ensuring financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 6 PM); Friday (8 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Hybrid Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.
• Lead audit processes, collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage timely financial reporting and compliance across all statutory and internal frameworks.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and planning to support decision-making and company growth.
• Develop and optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging QuickBooks and integrating innovative AI technologies.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions and reporting, making use of QuickBooks for everyday financial operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.
• CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere, with a passion for finance and AI.
