Xiaohong Property Management Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team in Singapore. You will manage full accounting cycles, financial reporting, AEI cost tracking for retail properties, and support refurbishment projects.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting functions, retail Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), refurbishment projects, and cost management for retail property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Monitor, track, and analyse project costs for Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), renovations, and retail development projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Leasing, Operations and Project Management.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), statutory requirements, and internal policies.

• Assist with year-end audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation to support all financial transactions and audits.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and project costing.

• Experience handling full set accounts independently.

• Prior experience in retail, commercial property, real estate, AEI, or project-based accounting will be highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant accounting regulations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Meticulous, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
