Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a seasoned finance professional to oversee monthly close, statutory reporting, and grant management. The role requires IFRS expertise and strong stakeholder coordination across hospitals and clusters.

The candidate will contribute to budgeting/rolling forecasts, maintain strong governance with auditors, and drive process improvements through system enhancements and data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Hands on with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the public healthcare sector will be an advantage.
• Numerate, meticulous and analytical to deliver data-driven narratives and actions.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement to drive improvements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills across diverse seniority.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and smooth monthly closing in line with Group and company requirements.
• Address statutory reporting and audit requirements ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Lead and monitor grant management including grant accounts and policy adherence.
• Participate in cluster and hospital budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Manage respective operational finance processes.
• Assist in new processes and system implementations as needed.
• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to promptly close audit issues.
