Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd’s client, a precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturer, invites a Group Finance Manager to lead financial close, consolidation, and reporting from Singapore's West campus.

You will oversee treasury, budgeting, risk management, and internal controls while partnering with business leaders to steer transformation and strategic decision-making in a dynamic finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
• Professional qualification CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation, treasury, and audits.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group's monthly financial closing and ensure timely, accurate management and statutory reporting.
• Oversee Group consolidation and ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Review complex accounting matters, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure strong financial controls and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and statutory audit processes.
• Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain finance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Monitor financial risks and support enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Monitor banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign exchange exposure, and covenant compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
