Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to manage distribution compensation processing and monthly closings.

You will ensure accurate payments, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial closing activities, while maintaining SOPs and accounting controls. You will drive automation across incentives, collaborate with business and technology teams, and support incentive modelling, risk identification, and post-implementation monitoring.

Qualificações

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance duties.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fortnightly and monthly distribution compensation processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
• Perform monthly and yearly financial closing activities, including provisions, amortization, journal postings, and audit schedules.
• Maintain compensation accounting rules, settlement processes, and system interfaces across relevant financial and operational platforms.
• Support finance operations queries, maintain SOPs and process documentation, and ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting guidelines.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives for distribution incentives and compensation across business channels.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into operational solutions, support implementation, and monitor post-implementation outcomes.
• Support incentive modelling and payment strategy development, identify operational risks, and escalated control gaps to management.
• Adhoc tasks as assigned
