Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims and submission to client
• Communicate with client for payment purposes and negotiations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliation
• Process subcontractors’ invoices and ensure accuracy
• Prepare month end closing and cashflow projection analysis
• Assist in budgeting for each project and monthly management reports
• Monitor time sheet process and support audit
• Assist with CPF, GST, and tax submissions
