Job summary

Our Singapore-based company is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support the Finance team with accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring.

You will review AP/AR, prepare monthly journals, reconcile schedules, assist AIS reporting, and support quarterly consolidation while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in accounting; minimum 3 years’ experience; strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Knowledge of AP/AR, GL, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AP transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly journal vouchers.
• Maintain and reconcile monthly financial schedules.
• Monitor AR collections and apply receipts.
• Prepare AIS reporting and quarterly consolidation inputs.
