Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced senior accountant to manage the full set of accounts and provide timely financial reporting for multiple entities in Singapore.

You will support budgeting and forecasting, ensure statutory compliance, and collaborate with auditors and regulators. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with full-set accounting.
• Experience handling multiple entities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Audit experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end, half-yearly, and year-end closures.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports with financial analysis and KPIs.
• Handle accounting and reporting for multiple entities including intercompany reconciliations and consolidation support.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GST, corporate tax, and annual audit obligations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulators.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives.
