Job summary

Qualifications

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, cash receipts and payment processing.
• Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and staff claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Review payable ageing reports, reconcile accounts and prepare local and overseas vendor payments.
• Maintain cashbook records and timely recording of transactions.
• Prepare SST tax returns and assist with corporate tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and other service providers on accounting matters.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
