Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting processes including AP, AR, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with journal entries, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of SST tax returns and corporate tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts).
• Perform month-end close including posting data, accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Monitor AR collections and follow up on aging.
• Reconcile payable aging, process vendor payments including overseas payments if any.
• Prepare SST tax returns and assist with corporate tax matters.
• Update cashbook weekly and liaise with operations and suppliers for timely records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as needed.
• Handle payments to suppliers and staff claims; assist with ad hoc tasks.
