Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous accounting professional in Singapore to manage full-spectrum accounting functions.

You will handle the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensure accurate monthly financial statements with timely reporting. Responsibilities include daily cash management, AR billing aligned to credit terms, project billing within 2 working days, and monthly SOA with proactive collections.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP and AR.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain daily cash/bank book.
• Ensure external AR billing submitted with correct credit period.
• Ensure project billing submitted within 2 working days.
• Prepare SOA and chase collections from customers.
• Reconciling weekly and monthly bank statements and supplier accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.
• Assist in tax filings and support audit engagements.
• Maintain organized documentation to support audit inquiries.
