Job summary

Geoclima Australasia seeks a National Technical Support Manager to lead technical services, training and warranty processes across the Australasia region. You will liaise with manufacturing plants, manage service queries from partners and end users, and drive upgrade opportunities while maintaining rigorous documentation and KPI performance.

The role requires strong communication, extensive HVAC knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, management and multitasking capabilities are required.
• Solid knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, especially chillers and heat pumps.
• Understanding of control systems and communication protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Geoclima manufacturing plants to identify, implement and document best practices for commissioning, operating and maintaining equipment.
• Manage technical support queries from service partners, key accounts, and end users.
• Create, maintain and deliver a technical training program.
• Meet and exceed internal KPIs for customer success.
• Create and maintain auditable documentation and files.
• Handle technical aspects of warranty claims with plants and key suppliers.
• Provide administrative support and handle invoicing queries and logistics.
• Coordinate day-to-day communications between internal departments and external parties as the key technical interface for Geoclima Australasia.
• Support business development activities, e.g., upgrade kits and new equipment opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
