Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with refrigeration and air conditioning systems, chillers, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Geoclima manufacturing plants to implement best practices for commissioning, operating and maintaining equipment.
• Manage technical support queries from service partners and customers.
• Create, maintain and deliver a technical training program.
• Meet and exceed internal KPIs for customer success.
• Manage warranty-related technical aspects with plants and suppliers.
• Provide administrative support and handle invoicing queries and logistics.
