Qualifications

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science (or MS with 3+ years; or BSc with 5+ years) in semiconductor fields.
• Experience with DOE design and analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize semiconductor processes for advanced tech and applications.
• Design and execute DOE to evaluate concepts, materials, or hardware.
• Characterize process performance and establish reliable process windows.
• Drive innovative solutions to improve device yield and reliability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technology demonstrations for internal/external customers.
• Collaborate with global teams and research institutes on new tech.
