Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field; or MS with 3+ years, or BS with 5+ years in semiconductor process engineering or related roles.
• Technical working knowledge of Etch, Clean and/or Deposition process equipment is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to design, run and interpret DOE.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for advanced technology and emerging applications.
• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to evaluate new concepts, materials or hardware capabilities.
• Characterize process performance and establish process windows meeting technical requirements.
• Investigate and drive innovative process solutions to improve device performance, yield and reliability.
• Collaborate with global technology teams, research institutes and customers to evaluate new technologies.
