in Singapore invites a Principal Engineer to join the Integration and Technology Development, HV Development Department to drive next‑generation process development and seamless transfer to production. As a senior technical leader you will lead cross‑functional teams, run design of experiments, resolve integration issues, optimize yields, and ensure production‑worthy runsheets for new devices and experiments.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in semiconductor, electronics, physics or material engineering; PhD preferred.
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with device/process development or integration experience.
Experience in HV, BCD, RF, NV, BiCMOS and eFlash device & technology development is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop, transfer & qualify new & derivative processes and transfer to Production.
Lead cross functional team to resolve process issues during development/transfer.
Run DOE to optimize process integration and determine process specifications.
Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring window checks (FMEA) are completed.
Work on inline & ET low CPK parameters and test vehicle yield improvement.
Identify and correct ET related problems affecting production.
Ensure runsheets are production worthy.
Prepare engineering lot reports for every new device & experiment.
Productivity projects to improve efficiency and output.
