Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, or related field.
• Graduate eligible role.
• Systematic and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal relations.
• Able to engage customers on technical solutions.
• Able to work in Fab environment and perform standby duties.
• Willing to support short-term, overseas assignment.
• Masters of Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account teams and customers to understand roadmaps, requirements and challenges.
• Coordinate with Global Product Group on product demonstrations.
• Startup capacity-add systems and match results to existing setups.
• Design and run simple DOE evaluations for installations or hardware upgrades.
• Conduct experiments, collect data and generate reports for internal and external use.
• Develop new processes for customer applications.
• Represent Lam to customers and inform on product lines and services.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety on site.
