Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior/Assistant Director (Operations) to lead and manage a team of operations and enforcement officers for ground enforcement activities at HSA. You will plan, coordinate and execute enforcement operations, ensure readiness, manage resources, and foster collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will convert intelligence into operational plans, coordinate deployments, and ensure operations comply with legal and policy requirements, while driving capability

Qualifications

• Experience in field enforcement or field operations, including operational planning and execution in intelligence-led enforcement.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to command and motivate a team.
• Decisive and adaptable in dynamic, uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop, implement and review enforcement policies and strategies.
• Coordinate deployment of enforcement resources and ensure safe and lawful operations.
• Oversee a team of officers and manage manpower and budgets.
• Liaise with Legal teams and AGC on prosecution cases.
• Prepare operation reports and post-operation documentation.
• Develop SOPs, training, and competency development for officers.
