Job summary

KCL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor for residential buildings in Singapore. You will review project specs, monitor method statements, and ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements on site.

A Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of supervision experience, and a Resident Technical Officer Certificate (IES/ACES) are required. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings.
Resid ent Technical Officer Certificate (IES/ACES) is required.

Responsibilities

Understand project specifications and ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
Monitor site works to ensure method statements and work procedures are followed.
Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor’s work.
Ensure builder executes work in accordance with consultant’s instructions.
Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
Maintain and update site records including progress, safety, and as-built drawings.
Verify contractors’ progress payments and material deliveries.
Witness inspections, testing and commissioning to ensure design compliance.
Report to project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
Project duration: 30 months; Start from: October 2026.
