Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to oversee civil/structural works on a 18-24 month project, starting November 2026.

You will supervise site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with builders, QP, and consultants to maintain schedules and quality. The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, 8+ years in supervision of factory or post-tensioning works, and a valid Resident Engineer certificate (IES/ACES).

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in supervision of Factory or Post-Tensioning Works.
• Resident Engineer Certificate (IES / ACES) is a must; without RE certificate, apply is not advised.
• Familiar with statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specs and drawings to ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works and ensure method statements and procedures are followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor's work.
• Ensure Builder executes work per Consultant's instructions and check drawings for discrepancies.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Maintain and update site records, progress reports, and safety records.
• Verify progress payments and material deliveries on site.
• Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning by contractors and ensure design compliance.
• Report to project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
• Supervise demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and related works.
• Coordinate with site supervisors (incl. RTO) on C&S, architectural and M&E works.
