Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works on a 22-month project starting late 2026.

You will interpret project specifications, monitor site activities for compliance with regulations and client requirements, and supervise contractor performance. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of supervision experience, a Resident Technical Officer certificate (IES/ACES), and strong interpersonal skills to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant supervision experience.
• Resident Technical Officer certificate accredited by IES/ACES.
• Knowledge and experience in institutional projects.
• Familiar with statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specifications and site drawings; ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works to ensure adherence to method statements and work procedures.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor’s work on site.
• Ensure the Builder executes work in accordance with Consultant’s instructions.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used on the project.
• Document site inspection records, safety logs and approved drawings/noted as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update site records on progress, housekeeping, and progress reports.
• Verify contractors’ progress payments and claims for work performed and materials delivered.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning sessions and ensure design compliance.
• Report to project QP/Project Consultants Team on quality and progress.
