Job summary

Otis is seeking a Senior Field Associate in Singapore to safely maintain a portfolio of elevator and escalator units, ensuring reliability and passenger safety in a dynamic, international environment.

You will carry out maintenance visits, respond to breakdowns, perform minor repairs, and collaborate with customers on site while upholding Otis's safety standards and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in Technical education.
• Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
• A committed professional, with safety as a priority.
• Comfortable communicating to others.
• Curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Role Overview

• Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
