Job summary

Otis/Sigma is seeking a Service Field Associate (Trainee) to join the on-site service team in Singapore. You will support maintenance, repair, and servicing of elevators, escalators and related systems, reporting to the Service Engineer.

The role requires a Diploma/Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation or Engineering, a valid CoC Certification, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Strong teamwork and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/ Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• A valid CoC Certification.
• Min. 2 years of work experience in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators.
• Basic English Proficiency.
• Team player, adaptable and agile.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems per local codes.
• Check, oil, grease, adjust mechanics and test safety devices.
• Attend breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support Service Operations to achieve sales targets and quality standards.
• Adhere to EH&S procedures and safety guidelines.
