Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support strategic customers across high-speed digital, optical communications, silicon photonics, memory, and AI data center technologies.

You will work with customers, sales, and internal teams to develop advanced test and measurement solutions, support product validation, and accelerate the adoption of next-generation technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in applications engineering or related field.
• Strong signal integrity and BER testing knowledge.
• Experience with QSFP-DD/OSFP and pluggable optics.
• Willingness to travel regionally across South Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers and lead technical discussions throughout development lifecycle.
• Develop and deploy validation and characterization solutions for high-speed optical and memory interfaces.
• Support sales with technical presentations, PoCs, benchmarking, and demonstrations.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and beta testing.
• Represent the company at industry events and build cross-ecosystem relationships.
