EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Application Engineer to support customers across AI infrastructure, high-speed digital, optical communications and memory ecosystems. You will work with technology companies and engineering teams to develop measurement, validation and characterization solutions for next-generation digital and optical technologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of applications engineering or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of SI/PI and channel modelling.
• Hands-on with high-speed digital and/or optical technologies.
• Experience with optical transceivers, silicon photonics, or high-speed interconnects.
• Practical experience with test & measurement equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical expert across high-speed digital, optical, photonics and AI infrastructure technologies.
• Engage with customers through the solution lifecycle from evaluation to deployment.
• Understand customer engineering challenges and recommend testing and measurement approaches.
• Develop measurement methodologies for SI, PI, jitter, eye diagrams, BER and compliance testing.
• Integrate instrumentation, automation and data analysis into practical engineering workflows.
• Support technical demonstrations, POC projects and customer engagements.
• Work with commercial teams to identify opportunities and support technical sales.
