Job summary

PLATFORM&CO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced High-Speed Digital & Photonics Applications Engineer to work across AI data centres, optical communications, semiconductor and interconnect technologies.

You will provide technical consultation, develop test and measurement solutions, validate optical transceivers and interconnects, and develop methodologies for signal integrity and BER testing. Regional travel across South Asia Pacific is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in applications engineering, design validation, product engineering or test and measurement.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces, signal integrity, PAM4/NRZ, SerDes, jitter and BER analysis.
• Hands-on experience with high-performance test equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs and optical measurement instruments.
• Experience with optical communications, silicon photonics or high-speed semiconductor technologies.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally across South Asia Pacific.
