Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or computer engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in failure analysis and root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and report writing on customer returns electrical FA, including analysis on ATE and SLT; duplicate customer reported failures at platform level and perform board-level debug.
• Customer returns debug across pre/post mass production and field returns; drive DPPM improvements.
• Lead fault isolation with Device Analysis and Product Engineering teams to drive root-cause investigations.
• Identify test coverage enhancements to strengthen product quality and reliability.
• Provide technical direction in diagnosing complex issues and translate findings into actionable improvements.
