DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Factory/Production Manager to lead the large-volume residential carpentry and joinery operations at the Johor Bahru facility, supporting Singapore projects.

The role oversees planning, manpower, quality and delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities include production scheduling, shop drawing reviews and coordination with Singapore teams, with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday half-day.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Wood Technology, Construction or equivalent.
8–12 years of experience in carpentry/joinery/cabinetry/woodworking manufacturing, preferably residential.
Minimum 3–5 years in a factory management or production leadership role.
Experience managing high-volume production and/or multiple concurrent residential projects.
Good understanding of carpentry/joinery production workflows from shop drawings and material preparation through fabrication, assembly and delivery.
Strong knowledge of woodworking production, CNC machinery, materials, laminates and finishing processes, including interpreting shop/production drawings.
Strong production planning, manpower management, quality control and problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to travel between Johor and Singapore when required.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations, production planning and output for large-scale residential projects.
Plan and monitor production schedules across multiple concurrent residential projects.
Review production/shop drawings, material requirements and fabrication details to identify issues.
Oversee fabrication and production of carpentry, joinery, cabinetry and built-in furniture.
Coordinate with Singapore project teams on priorities, schedules and delivery sequencing.
Plan and optimize batch/volume production to meet large residential development timelines.
Optimize manpower, machinery, materials and other factory resources for efficiency.
Monitor material consumption, costs, wastage and implement improvements to reduce losses.
