Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities & Utilities Engineer to lead site utilities and facility operations at our Gul/Tuas Plant.

The role emphasizes reliable utility support essential for continuous production. You will oversee steam, chilled water, clean gases, water systems, and HVAC, while coordinating with vendors and leading maintenance improvements. A mechanical/electrical engineering degree and 8+ years of experience are expected, with cGMP familiarity and SAP/BMS

Qualifications

8+ years in utility operations in a manufacturing setting.
At least 3 years working on green or sustainability engineering projects.
Knowledge of cGMP, HSA, FDA guidelines and experience with automated systems (BMS/SAP).
SCEM or Boiler certificate is a massive advantage.
Willingness to standby for emergencies in a regulated plant environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain essential utilities (steam, chilled water, clean gases, water systems) to keep production running 24/7.
Manage cleanrooms & HVAC, ensuring climate control systems run smoothly and checks are performed.
Oversee site services, coordinating with external vendors to keep the facility safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Lead and improve maintenance activities by supervising shift technicians and driving investigations into failures.
