Job summary
Esco Aster Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a highly capable engineer to operate and maintain plant utilities, including HVAC and water systems, while ensuring GMP/GxP compliance. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to sustain safe and reliable facility operations.
The role requires a degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 3 years in pharma/chemical environments, plus hands-on CMMS, BMS and EMS familiarity.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Marine or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of utilities operation, maintenance and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Support plant utilities operation and facilities maintenance (HVAC, water, electrical) following regulations.
- Assist in maintaining continuous utilities operation to support plant activities.
- Execute maintenance and operation activities per safety and quality rules.
- Ensure all work is performed per site EHS procedures and GxP requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely work order execution.
- Support PM programs, troubleshooting and root-cause investigations as needed.
