Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer (Pharmaceutical) to join our team in Tuas, Singapore.

You will evaluate equipment and systems, improve reliability, and develop validation procedures in collaboration with QA/Validation to ensure compliance. The role requires 5–15 years of relevant experience in pharma/chemical/petrochemical sectors, familiarity with cGMP, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, engineers and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred.
• 5–15 years in Pharma/Chem/Petrochemical industries.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulations.
• Familiar with Electrical Power, Instrumentation and Process Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment and system integrity by feasibility studies and applying electrical, instrumentation and controls principles.
• Improve equipment reliability through fabrication, assembly, installation, testing and validation methods.
• Develop testing and validation procedures with QA/Validation.
• Prepare bidding documents, carry out bid evaluation and recommendations.
• Coordinate OEM training and develop maintenance training materials.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants and government bodies on planning/submission requirements.
• Complete assigned CAPEX projects safely, on schedule, within budget.
