Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure air-conditioning systems operate normally. You will repair building infrastructure, maintain documentation, and coordinate with contractors.

Applicants should have a NITEC or equivalent with 2–3 years of building maintenance experience and be available for a 5-day work week on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC with 2–3 years building maintenance experience.
• Experience in building systems and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to document maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply; prevent recurrences.
• Troubleshoot air-condition faults and restore operation; provide preventive recommendations.
• Repair burst water pipes, mechanical work, medical gas systems and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely maintenance documentation.
• Assist with contractor & vendor management.
• Monitor, report, and coordinate maintenance activities.
