Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) as assigned.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, reinstate power supply, and recommend preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot AC faults, restore cooling, and recommend preventive actions.
• Repair bursts in water pipes, mechanical work, and medical gas systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
• Manage contractors and vendors.
• Monitor, report and coordinate maintenance activities.
