Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform a range of building and equipment upkeep at our Eunos location.

You will handle planned preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and air-conditioning faults, and coordinate with contractors.

This role requires a Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or Facilities Management and a proactive approach to documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as assigned by Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply; provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults and restore systems to normal operation; suggest corrective measures.
• Carry out general building and equipment maintenance including burst pipes and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor maintenance activities and provide timely reports to internal teams and external parties.
