Job summary

MNC Company is seeking a Facility Manager in Singapore to oversee facilities and administration functions, ensuring continuous service delivery across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility / Building Services or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' experience managing a commercial facilities portfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage facilities and administration functions to ensure continuity of Facility Management services.
• Provide leadership to facilities and administration teams to deliver high-quality services to operations.
• Coordinate building repairs and engage vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
• Source and evaluate contractors/suppliers to ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Manage office space planning, layouts, cost estimates, schedules and start-up/decommissioning of locations.
• Develop project schedules and budgets; track milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with real estate brokers to select site locations and manage project scope, budget and timelines.
