Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities/ M&E focused Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective works across hard and soft FM. You will handle occupant feedback, supervise contractors, and prepare service reports for clients.

You will inspect spaces, attend tenancy meetings, source quotes, and manage cost estimates for maintenance and improvements, ensuring licenses and permits are renewed timely.

Qualifications

• Possess knowledge and work experience related to M&E or Facilities Management services.
• Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for hard FM (M&E, plumbing) and soft FM (cleaning, waste, pest control, landscape).
• Deal with feedback and requests from occupants or stakeholders.
• Oversee contractors for routine and ad-hoc maintenance work.
• Compile service reports and send to Client.
• Plan and implement improvement work for buildings.
• Inspect common areas and tenanted spaces; report defects and non-compliances.
• Attend tenancy fit-out meetings and conduct occupancy inspections.
• Source quotations for ad-hoc repair works and replacements.
• Prepare cost estimates for ad-hoc maintenance and improvements.
• Ensure statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely.
• Assist FM in preparing monthly KPI slides and management reports.
