Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma holder or Degree in related fields
Relevant Employment Certificate or Work Testimony, any specialized Certifications will be an added advantage
At least 3–5 years of hands-on practical experience in Hotels, MICE, Retail or Museum operations and maintenance

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians/engineers to maintain multiple facilities and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection) across the Integrated Resorts
Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs in line with codes and authority requirements
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment for jobs; supervise work and ensure safety and records compliance
Oversee safety programs in accordance with WSH and company policies; promote teamwork, training and performance feedback
Manage project handovers, capital projects, and coordination with contractors to minimize disruption to hotel operations
