Responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day maintenance and operation of residence facilities, buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automation, and building‑related problems.
• Provide practical, hands‑on solutions when immediate intervention is required.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service schedules.
• Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.
