Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Facilities Management leader to oversee the FM Centre, delivering end-to-end FM/IFM services across multiple sites.

You will drive improvements in asset performance, safety compliance, cost efficiency and project delivery, while managing cross-functional teams and key vendors. A strong background in FM strategy and stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM/IFM, engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10–15 years in facilities management or FM/IFM.
• At least 5–8 years of leadership experience in large, multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Facilities Management Centre to deliver FM services.
• Develop and implement programmes to improve efficiency, quality and asset performance.
• Manage large-scale, multi-site facilities portfolios including maintenance and infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineers, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee preventive, corrective maintenance, emergency readiness and BC planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Drive improvement via data, tech, innovation and best practices.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs and cost optimization.
• Plan and manage facilities budgets for efficient resource use.
• Lead FM-related projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Identify and manage operational risks to minimize disruption.
• Develop and coach the FM team fostering accountability and growth.
• Engage senior stakeholders with regular performance and risk updates.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of facilities management services.
• Develop and implement facilities management programmes to improve operational efficiency, service quality and asset performance.
• Manage large-scale and multi-site facilities portfolios , including maintenance, building systems and infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, emergency preparedness and business continuity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, technology, innovation and industry best practices.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract performance, service levels and cost optimisation.
• Plan and manage facilities budgets, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and expenditure.
• Lead facilities-related projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
• Identify and manage operational risks to minimise disruptions and safeguard facilities and assets.
• Lead, coach and develop the Facilities Management team while driving a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on operational performance, projects, risks and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Real Estate or related fields.
• At least 5-8 years of leadership experience managing sizeable facilities operations, teams or complex accounts.
• Strong experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios and delivering end-to-end FM/IFM services.
• Good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance strategies, building systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong programme and project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract management and budget planning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive organisational change, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• CFME Tier 2 certification preferred.
• Relevant Workplace Safety / WSH / Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be advantageous.
• Other relevant Facilities Management, Engineering or Project Management certifications will be advantageous.
