Job summary

TDCX in Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive the long-term facilities management roadmap, incorporating data-driven practices and smart building tech to boost asset reliability and service standards.

You will oversee end-to-end IFM across multi-site accounts, align internal units with technical teams and external contractors, and lead budgeting, resource optimization, and contract negotiations to maximize service value.

Qualifications

• CFME Tier 2, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) credentials.
• 10+ years in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), or Real Estate.
• 5–8 years in senior leadership overseeing large multi-site portfolios (engineering/tech environments preferred).
• End-to-end IFM delivery with expertise in building systems, facility operations, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional project management track record delivering complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long-term FMC roadmap; introduce data-driven practices, smart building technologies, and industry best practices to boost asset reliability and service standards.
• Oversee end-to-end IFM execution across multi-site accounts, ensuring alignment between internal units, technical teams, and external contractors.
• Formulate operational/capital budgets, optimize resources, and lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize service value.
• Maintain rigorous oversight of maintenance schedules, emergency readiness, statutory compliance, and environmental standards across all sites.
• Champion team development, performance management, and technical upskilling while fostering a safety-first culture.
