Job summary

Randstad - Corporate seeks a Facilities Director / Senior Facilities Manager to lead strategic facilities enhancements at Singapore’s premier convention and exhibition centre. This role rewards an agile leader who values operational autonomy and drives strategy and hands-on execution from the front lines.

You will oversee end-to-end tendering, AEI business cases, and vendor management for IFM, BMS, FAS, and CCTV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Building-related studies.
• Fire Safety Manager Certification is advantageous.
• Green Mark or Sustainability-related Certifications is advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience and proven track record in leading facilities in MICE, Hospitality or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project & Capex Management: Lead facilities enhancement initiatives and build business cases for AEI.
• Vendor & Service Provider Management: Oversee IFM, BMS, FAS, CCTV vendors and contractors.
• Operational Workshop Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations and maintenance workflows.
• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF).
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert facilities guidance to the senior executive team.

• Strategic Project & Capex Management: Lead facilities enhancement initiatives, manage end-to-end tendering processes, and build business cases for Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI).

• Vendor & Service Provider Management: Oversee key facilities contractors and service partners, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and CCTV vendors.

• Operational Workshop Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations and maintenance workflows within the Facilities Maintenance workshop.

• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, SCDF) by directing timely building inspections, renewals, and certifications.

• Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert, delivering technical insights and strategic facilities guidance to the senior executive team.
