Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to lead facilities operations across corporate offices, commercial facilities, and retail outlets. You will drive preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and asset performance.

This hands-on leader will coordinate vendors, contractors, and security systems while ensuring cost control, budgeting, and project delivery to keep environments safe, efficient, and resilient.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of facilities or building management experience.
• Experience across multiple sites, including retail and commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and vendor management.
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and building infrastructure.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Facilities & Building Operations across multiple sites.
• 2. Security & Surveillance Management including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
• 3. Vendor & Contractor Management including service agreements and performance evaluation.
• 4. Tenant & Stakeholder Management as primary contact for facility matters.
• 5. Compliance, Risk & Safety including audits and risk assessments.
• 6. Budgeting & Project Management including cost control and capital projects.
