Job summary

Greif Singapore is seeking a Maintenance and Facility Manager to ensure optimal operation of building systems, safety, and productivity. You will lead space planning, budget management, and coordination with service providers to drive efficiency across facilities.

You will oversee maintenance, upgrades, and the integration of technology to improve reporting and reliability, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or professional certification in facility management.
• Proven experience in facility management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building maintenance.
• Ability to integrate technology solutions into facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management standards to ensure efficient operation.
• Review and revise procedures, policies, and manuals.
• Conduct audits to ensure health and safety and building codes compliance; oversee budgets and resources.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Plan long-term needs for equipment replacement and facility expansion.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrade, and repair of building infrastructure.
• Coordinate space planning, budgeting, and expansions; meet organizational needs.
• Ensure building systems are operational; coordinate renovations as needed.
